THE ROOMS
All the en suite rooms have large windows or balconies overlooking the garden and since Villa Viviana is aware of issues of environmental protection and energy conservation, guests can use the convenient and quiet remote-controlled ceiling fans to cool down in summer. Pool with diving board, luxuriant garden with the palms, holm oaks and pine trees typical of the Versilia Riviera.
Guests can use the outdoor bathroom by the pool with its hot shower, WC, basin and changing room. There is a shower to use before getting in the pool just by the diving board and ladder. The garden, the sun terrace and the pool have recliners and parasols for you to relax and enjoy the Versilia sunshine in perfect peace.
The bedrooms, which are located upstairs, have floors of local Apuan marble and each has its own individual colour scheme and furnishings. "All the rooms have their own character, are well furnished and extremely comfortable". Every room comes equipped with a kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, etc, so you can make a delicious drink just when you need it.
The pictures decorating the walls of Villa Viviana run from the classical to the contemporary, the latter being the work of our son Lorenzo, the artist known as "Lofilo".
Beside the pool there are tables and chairs for reading and relaxing. Breakfast is served in the dining room, where you can enjoy a relaxing view of the pool and the garden through the windows.
Signora Viviana lives at the villa and is always available to help with anything you might need: suggesting tourist itineraries, providing with you with maps or seeing to anything else our guests might require. The car park has been specially positioned so as not to disturb our guests.
